This multi-level yoga class, available to beginner yogis and up. Each class will work through mixed series of poses chosen to work towards a specific peak pose or muscle group, as well as to help focus and calm the mind, work on strength and flexibility, and steady the breath. Some classes may be slower paced, other may be faster-paced with more flow-sequences.
